Mr Percival’s can accommodate groups of up to 280 seated or 450 standing guests. The venue has a maximum capacity of 595 guests with a minimum booking requirement of 40 people.

Catering Options

In-house catering is available with the venue’s passionate team able to cater to all special dietary requirements. Dietary requirements must be provided seven days prior to your event. Guests are welcome to bring their own cake, with plates and knife provided by the venue.

AV & Equipment

Each area of Mr Percival’s features in-house speakers that play house music. Additional AV equipment such as microphones for speeches is available for full venue buyouts at an additional cost. The venue also offers WiFi access for guests.

Yes, the venue can cater to all special dietary requirements. The team is passionate about providing guests with special dietary needs an equitable and memorable experience. Dietary requirements must be provided seven days prior to your event. While the venue takes the highest care, cross-contamination cannot be guaranteed as products such as eggs, gluten, nuts, dairy, and pork are used throughout the kitchen.

Is the venue fully private for my event?

This depends on your booking type. Full venue buyouts offer complete privacy, while section hire bookings should note that during normal operating hours there will be other guests in other areas of Mr Percival’s.

What furniture and decorations are included?

Table layouts are per standard restaurant configuration, which should be kept in mind when allocating guests to tables. The venue does not allow theming, decorations, balloons or costumes except for full venue buyouts.
