Whilst they maintain a collection of traditional Montrachet recipes which are rich and decadent, they also bring to the forefront the lighter approach and well balanced meals with great technique and innovation that lends itself to delicious function fare.
Private Dining Room

Montrachet has long been known for impeccable service and superb dining. At their home in King Street, we have added to that experience with the opening of the Montrachet Private Dining Room.
Located behind the kitchen, the private entry to the dining room is off Machinery Street, with the space seating a maximum of 18 guests. Perfect for both corporate and personal events; AV features include wi-fi, ceiling mounted projector with Foxtel connection, motorised screen and sound system.
